Bayeux Tapestry
Showing all 2 products
The most famous Tapestry is not actually a Tapestry at all! It's actually an embroidered cloth, nearly 70 metres long and describes the events leading up to the Norman conquest of England. It is now thought that it was actually made in England (and not France) in the 1070s and will be on display in England from 2022.
Whlie we don't sell a 70m long replica of the whole piece, we sell replicas of the most famous sections (in Wall Tapestry and Cushion form!).
